Pierre is an experienced Change Management and Organisational Development consultant with extensive experience in supporting technological and organisational transformations. She has worked on product development, system upgrades, and other technological-related change initiatives ensuring thorough impact assessment, process re-engineering, stakeholder engagement and communications, and overall business readiness.
She excels in managing learning and development programs, from designing courses and preparing instructional materials, e-learning modules, videos and other learning aides to monitoring outcomes. Key Achievements:
As Change Management Consultant at Indra Sistemas, Pierre designed and implemented activities to support IT projects, product development, and technological-related change initiatives covering impact assessment, business readiness strategy and management (product support and client service), process re-engineering, stakeholder engagement and communications, capacity building, and overall business and culture transformation.
As Transformation Change Partner for Sun Life (Financial Services) Philippines, Pierre managed change management activities to increase financial advisors’ adoption of digital tools and help internal stakeholders prepare systems and processes which support customers. She prepared presentations, communications, and training materials to be offered in the company’s knowledge repository.
As Change Manager for a Globe Telecom, Pierre worked on the SIM Registration Project, identifying government compliance requirements and assessing change impact to ensure the business is ready to accommodate around 61 million subscribers, including 58.8 million mobile subscribers, 1.7 million home broadband customers, and 700,000 landline subscribers. She prepared customer journeys, revised process flows, established negative scenario handling, response strategies and organized cross functional unit collaborations to facilitate the registration portal’s roll out and deactivation of non-compliant numbers. Pierre also managed activities to help internal stakeholders and external customers implement and navigate intended project outcomes including support for corporate communications and training activities.
As Change Manager for a telecommunications company, Pierre worked on various systems upgrade projects, identified change impact on finances, operations and customers, addressing business readiness concerns, and updating processes and current policies in preparation for system changes This included the upgrade of the Promo and Freebie provisioning platform, Cell Broadcast Center, and SMS Notification Management System, among others.
As Change Management Expert for the Philippine Judiciary’s GO JUST (Governance in Justice) Project, component of E-Courts implementation, funded by the European Commission, she developed the change management strategy/plan for the implementation of e-Courts v 2.0 system roll out to pilot courts. Pierre also provided inputs on the conduct of current state assessment, business process mapping, and drafting of procurement documents for system upgrade.
As Organisational Development consultant for the DELIVER (Delivering Effective Government for Competitiveness and Inclusive Growth) Project funded by the USAID, Pierre worked on the Component on Microfinance Institutions (MFIs), analyzing select organization’s readiness for consolidation and digitization. She conducted interviews and discussions with stakeholders, prepared process maps, and drafted recommendations.
As HR and L&D Manager at Planate Management Group, Pierre planned and managed the full-cycle of learning and development activities for the company’s U.S. operations and its sub-units in Southeast Asia and East Africa. She conceptualized and implemented strategic HR initiatives relating to business development and operational improvements including the development of a competency database system which tracks profiles, training and certifications, and security clearances, to support the company’s delivery of architecture, engineering, and construction services.
As HR and L&D Manager at Semirara Mining and Power Corporation., Pierre served as the Learning and Development Lead for the head office and the mining and power sector subsidiaries, where she planned and managed all learning and development initiatives and consolidated efforts to align programs, policies, and processes among different business lines. She also managed organizational development projects supporting digitization of HR processes, upgrade of payroll, performance management, and learning management systems before the formation of a formal Organizational Development unit.
As HR and OD Supervisor at Century Pacific Food Inc., Pierre provided internal consulting services to business units, subsidiaries, and affiliate companies to enhance HR services and support specific HR programs related to headcount planning, organisational structure, job design, and competency profiling. She also initiated and implemented company-wide organisational development activities, including Project Blueprint and various employee engagement and culture-building initiatives such as Century Bida, Century Idol, and Core Values orientation and promotion.
As Program Officer at Civil Society Organisations, Pierre was a key member of the initial Global Secretariat that facilitated the reorganisation, merger, and transition of the Better Aid and Open Forum networks into the current CSO Partnership for Development Effectiveness. She performed program management functions, which included monitoring the activities of member CSOs, coordinating regional units across Asia Pacific, Africa, MENA, Latin America, and North America, and engaging various sectors such as women, labour, faith-based organisations, INGOs, youth, and indigenous peoples. Her responsibilities also encompassed conducting global outreach, assessing and planning capacity-building activities, and organising strategic and budget planning sessions. Additionally, Pierre established a grants management system and secured program funding for the next five years by coordinating with and fulfilling donor requirements from organisations such as SIDA, the European Commission, DFAT-Finland, Canada, Austria, and Irish Aid.
As Associate Project Officer at Development Academy of the Philippines, Pierre contributed to increased revenues for the unit by managing technical assistance projects focused on OD, HR, capacity building and training, and Change Management. Her responsibilities varied by account, primarily involving Change and Project management and technical consulting. She managed accounts for various sectors, including the Department of Health, Tourism, Education, Finance, and the Office of the President.
As Technical Officer at TESDA, Pierre conducted back-end policy work and monitored issues related to the provision and regulation of tech-vocational education and training in the country, supporting Regional Offices and the TESDA Board. She also developed articles and ensured the timely publication of Labour Market Information Reports (LMIR).
