Jen is an experienced PMO and lead. Jen recently joined Seven Consulting Manila team in August 2024. She has 10 years’ experience in project management, program controls and governance as well as handling team and leading initiatives. PMO practice and experience includes controls, project status reporting, financials, data gathering, RAID, Stakeholder Management, documentation and reporting, RCA, and Microsoft Office utilization. Jen handled teams and co-led engagement activities promoting truly human approach in the workplace as well as capability development initiative thru planning, governance, and training activities.
