As Change Management Lead at CPA Australia, Clarence provided strategic direction for the organisation’s Change Management Practice, oversaw the delivery of change initiatives across the enterprise project portfolio, and developed and implemented a strategic benefits management framework. He also managed the Change Management resource profile, and coached team members to support their professional growth.
As Senior Change Manager at CPA Australia, Clarence played a pivotal role in driving key organisational changes, including designing and implementing CPA Australia’s new operating model and co-creating the organisation’s Change Management framework. He led change and communications efforts for the transition to a hybrid work model and managed the property portfolio refresh across nine offices in the Asia Pacific region. Clarence also designed an enterprise change activity analytics and reporting solution using Microsoft Power BI and co-led a $25M project portfolio rationalisation to reduce disruption and optimise outcomes.
