Blake was responsible for risk and issue management across the portfolio, where he led monthly meetings to validate and update risk registers, ensuring proactive risk mitigation. Blake’s responsibilities covered projects all stages of their lifecycle from the planning of projects (e.g., defining scope & objectives), monitoring through delivery as well as post-project reviews and planning for the next financial year.
As Graduate at Future Super Group, Blake had the valuable opportunity to gain insights into the Superannuation industry while working alongside the Risk and Compliance Team. During his time there, he actively participated in the development of a Compliance Management System (CMS), which allowed him to deepen his understanding of the complex regulatory landscape and compliance practices required within the industry. Blake played a key role in developing templates for RAID (Risk, Issue, Assumptions, and Dependencies) logs, and Stakeholder registers.
