Key Achievements:
As Consultant at The Conscious Revolution, Becky provided project management to clients across sectors such as Blockchain, Crypto, NFPs, Indigenous businesses, digital agencies, and tech startups. She led strategic business planning, financial forecasting, and risk management initiatives for clients seeking scale or restructure operations. Becky acted as a mentor, coaching business owners and teams on best practices in project management, planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement. As Portfolio Scheduling Lead & Resource & Supply & Demand Manager at BT Insurance, Becky led the creation and management of dependency and scheduling best practices and processes, as well as portfolio resource supply models. She chaired weekly resourcing meetings and led planning and replanning workshops. Additionally, she mentored Project Managers, Leads, and Analysts in project scheduling, planning, and dependency management best practices. Becky was responsible for PMO process mapping and implementing process improvements, as well as managing change control schedule impacts. As Scheduling Manager/PMO Planning & Dependency Lead at AMP, Becky set up and managed dependency and scheduling best practices and processes, leading planning workshops and managing the scheduling team. She mentored Project Managers, Leads, and Analysts in best practices for project scheduling, planning, and dependency management. Becky chaired dependency workshops and weekly meetings, overseeing the management of change control schedule impacts and weekly status reporting. She also managed replanning across the portfolio, handled post-implementation PMO activities, and facilitated lessons learned for the portfolio. Additionally, she identified and escalated key program schedule and dependency risks and issues.
For Telstra Health, as a PMO Lead/Scheduling Manager & 2IC PM developed/set up PMO processes and reporting around milestone/RAG and variance reporting; heat mapping; risks/issues and Change control reporting; weekly status reporting and continual process improvement
For Telstra Health, successfully managing the scheduler; developing, mentoring and educating Telstra Health on best Scheduling Practices including Resource Planning/Re-planning
For Lendlease, as a Portfolio Scheduler for a complex data centre migration in the U.S developed an integrated portfolio schedule and supporting program schedules. This included extensive portfolio pipeline planning.
For Lendlease, Becky successfully established scheduling standards and methodologies for the portfolio, and mentored project managers, program schedulers on their application. She also facilitated planning workshops, focusing on dependency, schedule, risk, and issue identification, critical path and updates.
For Lendlease, led the development and roll out of up-to-the minute Cutover/outage windows planning/scheduling process across multiple time zones. She also initiated the creation and maintenance of multiple weekly reporting to relevant Stakeholders and Steering Committees
For Telstra’s The Edge Program, appointed Scheduling Manager for the program delivering a global digitisation solution, which would modernise Telstra’s ordering system and improve the customer’s experience. Becky developed an integrated master schedule and supporting release schedules, across $350M program and reviewed complex project schedules weekly, delivered by a team of 20 project managers.
For Telstra’s The Edge Program, established scheduling standards and methodologies for the program, and mentored project managers on their application. She Achieved on time and accurate updates through building great relationships with all stakeholders. This was achieved through running multiple planning and Interdependency workshops, focusing on dependency, schedule, risk, and issue identification and updates.
As Portfolio Schedule for the program delivering NBN across Australia, developed an integrated master schedule, supporting a tiered program structure comprising of 19 major programs of work and over 100 individual projects. She set up and documented Project Management Office update processes to ensure accurate reporting, and mentored project managers on their application. As part of her role, she was successfully able to implement dashboard reporting illustrating project health and change control status.
For ANZ as Scheduling Manager, developing and managing stream schedules for up to 20 projects.
For Transurban, developed and managed Program Management processes to support resource planning, allocation, levelling, to deliver an overall Resource Supply & Demand Plan.
For NAB, developed and implemented PMO Processes and Tools to support the program management office and facilitate Project Managers in project reporting, risks and issues management, dependency tracking, milestone delivery (and slippage), and resource supply/demand.
