Key Achievements:

At NSW Department of Climate Change Energy the Environment and Water (DCCEEW), Andreas played a key role in the uplift of the BOS Digital Transformation Program. He led the development of RAID and scope change management including the creation of JIRA registers and supported the organizational and governance restructuring.

At Woolworths, Andreas supported consultant teams across two portfolios and the ongoing rollout of an Australia-wide project. He led the automation and enhancement of existing processes, data visualization, and reporting, He assisted in scheduling, weekly status reporting, RAID management, and communication with external stakeholders. In the process, he developed a strong proficiency for tools such as Looker Studio, Asana, and spreadsheets

At Seven Consulting, Andreas has completed the Graduate program. This program is designed to enhance core Project Management skills. Through the Graduate program, Andreas has gained theoretical and practical knowledge on different aspects of project management through mentorship with domain experts. This program developed his skills and confidence level in using PM tools (like MS Project, JIRA etc), techniques and soft skills. Andreas also had the opportunity to work shadow senior consultants in actual project environments where he has been exposed to EPMO functions.

As an Independent Business Consultant at X-Culture, Andreas lead a global team in a marketing audit and development of a comprehensive expansion strategy for an Italian cosmetics company. Andreas was responsible for research, identifying and defining deliverables, and quality management.

As a pioneer member at the Association of Lifters and Body Builders, Andreas played an integral role in the conceptualizing, planning and executing multiple projects. He played an integral role in ensuring resource allocation to meet project objectives. His contributions included developing project charters and overseeing project execution to align with organizational goals.
