Key Achievements:

As Graduate at Seven Consulting, Ricci successfully completed the Graduate Program, designed to strengthen core project management skills for professionals across various fields. Through a combination of theoretical learning and hands-on exercises led by domain experts, she developed expertise in project management methodologies, tools (MS Project, JIRA), and soft skills essential for effective project execution. Additionally, she gained practical exposure by shadowing senior consultants in live project environments, where she observed risk management, issue resolution, and constraint handling, further enhancing her ability to navigate complex projects. 


As Commercial Excellence – People Capabilities Intern at Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines Inc., Ricci streamlined training processes by reviewing the Commercial Competency Matrix and developing an Excel database to map competencies to training materials. She optimised SharePoint resources, enhancing accessibility for team members, and conducted strategic analysis using data visualisation and KPI evaluation to drive informed decision-making. Additionally, she created impactful presentations for the Commercial Capabilities CU Breakout Survey and Revalida Topline Results, supporting leadership with clear data-driven insights. 


As Continuing Real-World Education (CORE) Intern at the University of Asia and the Pacific, Ricci conducted research on emerging megatrends to identify opportunities for designing competency and professional development programs over the next 3 to 5 years for the organisation. She developed a social media analytics dashboard to optimise engagement strategies. Designed 15+ marketing materials using Canva, leading to a 23% increase in program inquiries, and managed Facebook and LinkedIn accounts, enhancing engagement through strategic content planning. Additionally, she engaged with 75+ professionals in Learning & Development and Supply Chain to promote CORE’s non-degree programs, driving business development efforts. 


As Digital Course Intern at Convergent Experience, Ricci assisted in the development of a Data Storytelling course, transforming complex statistics into engaging visual content for digital transformation workshops. Supported event management by ensuring smooth training sessions and coordinated with stakeholders and 50+ participants, enhancing communication and workshop effectiveness. 


As Volunteer for the US-ASEAN Business Council’s Digital Transformation in Government Workshop, Ricci supported event coordination by managing the arrival and seating of high-level government officials from ASEAN countries and executives from top US companies, including Meta, Google, IBM, SAP, and Visa. Assisted in content creation, developing presentations and certificates for attendees and special guests. As Memberships Officer for Dulaang Rock Opera Company (ROC), led audition initiatives, increasing active membership by 150% while maintaining a 65% retention rate. Managed the season opener production, “LEGION,” achieving sold-out shows and generating nearly Php 200,000 in revenue. Developed marketing materials and facilitated promotional campaigns, enhancing ticket sales and audience engagement. 


As Apprenticeship Management Trainee (AMT) President of the Enterprise Management Association, led strategic planning and execution of team-building activities, driving high participation and engagement. Established key performance indicators to track organizational growth and event participation. Spearheaded fundraising and outreach initiatives, raising Php 12,000 through collaborations with start-ups and entrepreneurs.
