Key Achievements:

As Graduate at Seven Consulting, Gwen is taking part in an immersive Graduate Program designed to enhance Project Management skills for professionals with expertise in their respective fields. The program offered a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical experience across various project management areas, led by industry experts through engaging sessions and exercises. This experience helped Gwen build confidence in using essential project management techniques and improving her soft skills. She also had the opportunity to work alongside senior consultants, gaining valuable exposure to real-world project challenges such as risks, issues, and constraints, and learning effective strategies for managing them. 


As a Teacher Assistant at Ritsumeikan University, Gwen assisted her professor in the coordination and execution of courses that included both local and international students, ensuring clear communication between student and professor, and seamless program delivery. She led the development of essential tools that increased the efficiency of scheduling, student performance tracking, grading, and feedback processes. 


As Intern for the Office of City Councilor Jose Lorenzo Oreta, Gwen delivered key outputs within stringent deadlines in high-pressure, dynamic environments, ensuring timely policy development. She assisted in the drafting of city ordinances and policies through data-driven research and collaborative input. Leading coordination efforts among fellow interns, she delegated tasks and facilitated smooth team collaboration to meet project objectives. Additionally, she assisted in planning and executing city-wide programs and events, contributing to their strategic implementation. Gwen also performed administrative tasks, streamlining office operations and maintaining efficient workflows. Her work extended to fieldwork, where she conducted interviews and surveys to gather insights and support evidence-based policymaking. 


As Executive Secretary of UST Hiraya, Gwen managed organisational documentation, including project proposals, renewal applications, and event paperwork, ensuring compliance with institutional standards. She facilitated collaborations by liaising with university and external organizations to secure partnerships for impactful programs. Gwen also planned and organized university-wide initiatives, leading cross-functional teams to execute high-impact events. Additionally, she served as a resource speaker and lead organizer for multiple events, demonstrating strong leadership and public engagement skills.
