Key Achievements:

As Senior Change Manager at City of Melbourne, Tejas managed key strategic initiatives to boost digital capabilities and operational efficiency, including the Digital Workplace Program, M365 Implementation, HRIS Project, and advanced security solutions. He led the Digital Workplace Program, rolling out Microsoft Teams and SharePoint to 2,100 staff, achieving 96% adoption within five months. He implemented M365 and OneDrive for Business, enhancing collaboration and information management. He also led change on the Information Management Transformation Program, modernising information processes and launching phased implementation of a new EDRMS and Intranet. Managed HRIS Project, introducing advanced HR solutions and improving efficiency and user experience. Tejas oversaw PCI-DSS compliance and security enhancements, strengthening the City of Melbourne’s cyber defences. Tejas had a team of various resources throughout his tenure there including change analyst, instructional designers, trainers etc.


As Program Change Manager at Metro Trains, Tejas led the successful rollout of the ‘Track Access – New Ways of Working Program,’ enhancing train track safety and efficiency for over internal 2,000 staff and hundreds of contractors.
