Optus is Australia’s second largest telecommunications provider, with a strong vision to become Australia’s most loved everyday brand with lasting customer relationships. To achieve this vision, Optus is investing in a strategy of building unique customer connections, being digital everywhere and delivered by Amazing People.

With a large investment to deliver on their strategy, Optus needed to ensure that the correct delivery approaches were applied across their substantial portfolio. Optus deployed the Seven Consulting pathfinder tool and due to the substantial benefits it has provided, Optus have just renewed the Pathfinder annual licence for a third term.
