About Pablo Andres Cordova Baya
Pablo has a Master of Management from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Project Management from the University of Barcelona. He joined Seven Consulting’s Melbourne team in January 2023 and furthering his external studies, completed Seven’s intensive 5-month Project Management training program. Further enhancing his expertise, Pablo successfully completed the ‘Agile Project Management’ course by Google. He is seeking to combine his knowledge and apply it in delivering successful projects.

Key Achievements:
As Associate at Indue’s ePMO, Pablo maintained the EPPM tools of projects, resources, and timesheets. He regularly conducted health checks on ongoing projects to ensure quality within the EPPM project center. Using the Project Web Application (PWA) and Tableau reporting tool, Pablo provided integrated governance reports to all stakeholders.
As Graduate at I-MED, Pablo contributed to the review of a program business case, resulting in a detailed report that included findings, recommendations, and an evaluation of risks with proposed mitigations. Additionally, Pablo provided insights and recommendations to improve the program’s schedule, which were successfully implemented.
As Graduate at CSR, Pablo supported in the development and management of the project schedule using Microsoft Project for a large logistics solution development project. He also oversaw the project’s risk and issue management and provided support in the Hypercare channels by assisting in issue logging and resolution. Additionally, Pablo supported in updating the project’s status report and was responsible for creating the project closure template.
As Graduate at wile working at LeavePlus, formerly known as CoINVEST, Pablo assisted the PMO Director in an EPMO Capability review, contributing to the development of an implementation roadmap for resulting recommendations. This included aspects such as a new governance and delivery framework, reporting templates, tool configuration, operating rhythm, and associated training materials.
As Graduate at Energy Analyst at Gas Energy Latin America, Pablo planned and then developed a natural gas supply and demand model for the Brazilian and Bolivian markets and detected opportunities for exporting the Bolivian natural gas to some regions of Brazil.
As Graduate at Repsol E&P, Pablo developed an integrated numerical model of one of the most important gas fields in Bolivia. Later he presented his project in a contest of the Future Petroleum Engineers forum at Beijing and won third place.
As a student at The Private University of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, he won the third place in the Science and Technology fair for his project “Use of sugarcane as a component of concrete”. In this project, he and his team used sugarcane to make concrete blocks and demonstrated that it was as strong as traditional concrete.
As Student at The Private University of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Pablo graduated with honours in his final project where he developed an integrated production model for a gas field and made estimations of its future production. He proposed drilling a new gas well in the field and concluded that according to the model it would be profitable.
