This program has developed her skills and confidence level in using PM tools (like MS Project, JIRA etc), techniques and soft skills. Marianne also had the opportunity to work as shadow senior consultants in actual project environments where she has been exposed to risk, issues, and constraints on a project and better ways to manage them.

As Project Support at The Taft Initiative, Marianne supported the team in reaching their goals by coordinating and planning with five committees and 14 establishments. She organized and monitored project schedules as well as liaised with key stakeholders to facilitate progress with multiple projects.

As Project Head for a Benefit Concert, Marianne assisted in expanding Hospicio de San Jose’s from Streets to Homes project. She created the scheduling and trackers, and ensured all deliverables were met. Because of this, the organization reached its goal of fundraising for one million pesos.
